We are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of customer service, which is why we allow rexchanges within 7-8 working days of receiving the return package. However, exchanges will only be accepted for the following reasons:

• Size mismatch
• Receipt of the wrong product
• Receipt of a damaged product

To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hopovertalesdigital@gmail.com; otherwise, the goods will be considered sold, and no further requests will be accommodated.  For international orders outside India, we do not allow returns or exchanges.
